What role does art play in your personal well-being?

“I never thought that I could convey what was going through me mentally or emotionally. The truth is I didn’t want to make it more real by giving it voice. Through my art I give my shadows light. I am still amazed in the amount of people that find a connection to what I was showing.”

Does your art have any connection to your personality?

“My art is not particularly a part of my outward presenting personality. My art is more about what I’m feeling internally. The more private side of myself. In some ways what people see is a secret that I need to share with the world. A secret expressed through each brush stroke.”
